An able and experienced educator is required for a six-month assignment starting March 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter. The role involves tutoring one boy, aged 10, in a short-term full-time home school setting. The family are relocating to Montreal and need to ensure that the boy is up to speed with his French before he starts at his local primary. The Tutor must have excellent French and be fluent in English.
Two capable and intelligent educators are required for assignments starting in September 2020. The role involves tutoring two children; a girl of 14 (Year 10) and a boy of 12 (Year 8).
Tutors International have been providing full-time home school education for this friendly, down-to-earth, family since September 2012. They have four children. The older two, having achieved excellent results in their A-Levels and IGSCEs have moved on to further study. The successful home schooling programme will continue with the younger two, probably until the completion of IGCSEs.
The family spend the majority of their time at their home and have set up a fully equipped school-house nearby. They have secondary residences throughout Europe, and also travel further afield from time to time.
An able and experienced educator is required for this full-time tutoring role, starting as soon as possible and ideally by January 2020. The position is primarily based in the USA, with the expectation of some travel to Europe and elsewhere. The Tutor will be working predominantly with a 12-year-old girl to fully home school her on a hybrid British/American curriculum covering all subjects, including the sciences and languages. The current plan is to home-school to College, and so the candidate must at least be able to offer most subjects to GCSE and at least the first two years of High School. He or she may also spend some time working with other adult family members. This is a long-term position commencing as soon as possible.
